Catherine Loewe - Founder
Catherine Loewe is an art historian, curator and consultant based in the UK.
With three decades in the art industry, Catherine holds a BA in Art History from the University of East Anglia and began her career at leading galleries and auction houses in London Christie’s, Waddington Galleries and Anthony d’Offay working with luminaries Bill Viola, Ellsworth Kelly, Howard Hodgkin & Anselm Kiefer. Catherine subsequently worked with art publishers Flash Art, Blouin Media and Ocula before launching her eponymous agency creating projects with YBA artists including Gary Hume, Fiona Rae, Gavin Turk & Glenn Brown.
Catherine has curated major public exhibitions including the Via Veneto Public Sculpture Project for acclaimed Austrian artist Erwin Wurm and British Pop artist Philip Colbert at the Archeological Museum in Naples
She has served as a Patron of New Art, Tate Modern, Modern Art Museum, Oxford and on the committee for the Kensington & Chelsea Art Festival.
